TESTING NEW NOTES FEATURE

NCommander was kind enough to code up a "notes" feature for stories in the story queue (similar to notes in the submission queue). It appears in a box below the "related stories" box. You need to click "update" for the note to preserver ("preview" seems to delete any un-saved notes).

Also, notes aren't currently preserved from submission - > story, but that is a desired feature as well.
