New "user" tag tests -- Plain Old Text
This is a top-level story for tests of the new "user" tag. What follows is (1) the use of all four variants of the new user tag, (2) The same text within an ECODE phrase with one change: I replaced trailing ":" chars with the decimal numerical character entity for the colon, i.e. : (because even though an At-Pound-Number-Colon is within an ECODE, it still got translated) and then (3) the same text as in (1). It appears that the code is still looking for a closing COLON for text appearing in the ECODE block?
