ZDNet reports that Microsoft is pushing to accelerate the pace of releases for the next build release of Windows 10 Tech previews.

The newest update, expected out on March 13, will contain the Spartan browser. Spartan is to be the replacement for Internet Explorer as the default Windows web browser.

So far, all indications point to Windows 10 being a free upgrade from Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 for the first year after release.
