They can fashion artificial "dangly bits" to make a woman look like a man, but sorry, Bradley (or whatever he changed his name to) has a Y chromosome so he's still a man, with or without "dangly bits". If you have no Y chromosome, you are not "da man". And so far they haven't found a way to change your Ys to Xes or vice-versa.
Of course, it could be said the "woman" is a contraction for "womb man" (except "Loretta" will never have a womb). "Where's the baby going to gestate??" In that case I guesss a woman coule be "da man".
