    I look forward to my electric bills dropping below $200/mo again, and my car's fuel usage going back down a bit (winter always costs us more, it's an old car), so I can start spending that money on OTHER, FUN things! We don't own this house, so improving the insulation, putting up a solar array, or pretty much any other method of cutting the bills (short of actively conserving) are useless propositions.
