By the time this post goes live, we'll be proudly serving our first few users. Right now, we are still working on nailing some outstanding issues with slash (most notably, moderation), but we're at the point that I'd like to get some early feedback, and allow others to run through the system and test stuff. There is an off by one error in the red colored boxes, between the fill and the border.
Suggest using border-radius in the css, this will show a rounded corner for the newer browsers and square corners for older browsers. And will not need graphic pieces at all.

yeah there is some things to be adjusted in the stylesheets, for example the [Reply to This] -links could be a bit less eye-stealing visible.
Also notice that Plain Old Text comment style in user prefs doesn't "stick", I keep getting HTML Formatted when making a comment or reloading User Prefs page.
During the composition of a comment, I can set Plain Old Text and it works.

There's a smilie-face next to each and every commenter's name - indicating friend / foe type of relationship.
Gah, I hate those things - yellow laser pointers aiming at my eyes from the pages - all the pages...
(I know it's not an actual smiling face, but it has the same annoyance level.)
